To contribute technical expertise, creativity and innovation to the development of humourous intranet pages enabling staff to maintain a degree of sanity in the work place.MAIN DUTIES:
To undertake and gain commitment to high level concept and design studies to ensure that the proposed joke-page development direction fulfils the parameters to enhance the functionality of the motivational project outcomes.
To undertake detailed design, coding, unit and integration testing activities to ensure that the assignment is completed to time, without a budget, and fulfils the original humour specification.
To ensure all stages of the humour life cycle are adhered to, regardless of company standards and methodologies.
To present and demonstrate ideas, flair, wit, panache etc. to colleagues, customers and managers to gain their support, understanding, awe and hero-worship.
To act as mentor to less chilled-out members of the team, trainees and students.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
Good degree in Cookery, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Ability to vascillate convincingly on technical or safety matters in written reports as well as interpersonally with design groups and teams.

Able to balance the grand design against the need to make money.
